Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in London. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering operational and advisory services that align with our HR brand.



Key Responsibilities

  • HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR Director and other HR Business Partners on various HR initiatives, including implementing global HR policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment Guidance: Work closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on best practice recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Remuneration Review: Implement the annual remuneration review process, including preparing reports for the Remuneration Committee.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Data Management: Oversee the management of headcount and budget spreadsheets, improving data integrity and HRIS and HR data sources.
  • Leadership: Lead on Employee Relations matters for the business and assist the HR team on company-wide HR projects.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, with expertise in HR operations and advisory services.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: A relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £90,000 - £100,000 plus bonus + benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to the growth and success of our business, and develop your skills and expertise in HR.
