Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Turkish speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to various travel queries and providing resolutions via Call, Chat and Email.

You will be customer-centric, have a passion for travel, and be able to build rapport quickly. You will take pride in being able to problem solve and deliver exceptional customer service through our range of communication channels.

Working Hours and Location

Your normal hours of work per week will be 37.5 hours, Monday through Sunday, with one unpaid hour for lunch. The working hours for our Turkish line are Monday through Friday 8am to 4.30pm. Our contemporary workspace is based at Lochrin Square in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum plus a £1000 language allowance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Provide resolutions to our customers via Call, Chat and Email
  • Handle customer queries with empathy, patience and compassion
  • Attend regular team huddles
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest promotions, initiatives and company policies/procedures
  • Assist in ad hoc assigned projects
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience
  • Fluency in Turkish and English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient typing abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations
  • Excellent problem solving skills
Desired but Not Essential
