The Role

We are seeking a French speaking customer service representative to join our team in Edinburgh. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to various travel queries and providing resolutions via call, chat, and email. You will also be responsible for attending regular team huddles and keeping up-to-date with the latest promotions, initiatives, and company policies/procedures.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus a £1000 language allowance. You will also receive a range of benefits, including 32 days annual leave, a workplace health cash plan, and an employee well-being program. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have customer service experience, be fluent in French and English, and have effective communication skills.
