About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trip.com Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their travel queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer service goals
- Stay up-to-date with our latest promotions, initiatives, and company policies/procedures
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient typing abilities and computer literacy
- Ability to remain calm and logical in challenging situations
