Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Teaching Assistant SEN to join our team at GSL Education. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant SEN, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to support students with special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide individual and small group interventions to help students improve their learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Individualised Educational Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers, parents and other relevant parties.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £87-108 per day, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, continuous support from a dedicated consultant, and the chance to gain valuable experience working in different educational settings and with a variety of students.
