As a key member of our North East branch, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support, providing tailored lessons and activities to meet their individual needs. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about education, committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences, and able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for working on a 1:1 basis with students who require additional support, providing general classroom support, and contributing to a positive school environment. You will also have opportunities for progression onto our Future Teachers Programme, where you can develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as behaviour management, child development, and special educational needs. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Competitive Salary:
Our daily rate of £85-£100, inclusive of statutory holiday pay, reflects the high value we place on our support staff. This attractive salary package demonstrates our commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for our students, while maintaining a positive and collaborative working relationship with our clients.
