Haresfield Surgery is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Operations Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and personnel administration
- Manage internal training records and book external training courses
- Update daily absence and sickness records
- Assist with implementation of new and updated commissioning policies
- Manage room bookings and maintain a register of premises issues
- Conduct internal audits and quality control checks
- Support the management team with investigations and complaints
Requirements
- Proven experience in a General Practice setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
