We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Out of Hours (OOH) service, based at Worcester Royal Hospital and the Alexandra Hospital. As a Senior Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating patients who require urgent unscheduled intervention.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Treating patients face-to-face or via telephone triage with flexibility to choose whether you'd like to do this in one of our Primary Care Centres as a base shift or at the patient's own home as part of our home visiting shifts;
  • Working collaboratively with a skill mix of GPs and Advanced Nurse/Clinical and Paramedic Practitioners supported by an experienced operational team of shift Co-ordinators, Assistants, Receptionists, and Drivers;
  • Using our electronic prescribing system and having access to basic daytime GP notes via GP Connect, Summary Care Record, Special Notes, and Child Protection Information Sharing.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience. This salary is estimated based on national averages for similar positions in the UK.
