As a Salesforce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities. Drawing upon your recruitment background and business development expertise, you will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Salesforce Sales Executive you'll be responsible for:
- Utilising your recruitment background to identify and qualify leads, leveraging various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor Salesforce solutions to address their specific business challenges.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate pipeline management.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate for this Salesforce Sales Executive position should have the following:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, preferably as a super user, with the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Proven experience in a recruitment background, with a track record of success in business development and sales.
QualificationsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus, but not essential.
