Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Sales Executive to join our dynamic and innovative team at Resource on Demand. This is an exciting opportunity for an ex-Recruiter looking to leverage their recruitment background and business development expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities. Drawing upon their experience and skills, they will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. A strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilise your recruitment background to identify and qualify leads through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor Salesforce solutions to address their specific business challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate pipeline management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • A strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, preferably as a super user, with the ability to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
