UK Salesforce Director for Regional Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Salesforce Sales Director to lead regional growth initiatives at Resource on Demand, a leading consulting company in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This is an office-based position with flexibility granted after effective integration into the organisation. The ideal candidate will be London-based.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Regional Salesforce Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Opening and winning new client accounts across various industries and organisations.
- SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTING MULTI-YEAR DEALS of all sizes, targeting industries and organisations that can benefit from the use of Salesforce.
- Managing your own pipeline and achieving ambitious sales targets, with a first-year target of £1.5m.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- Able to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to drive sales.
- Able to execute multi-year deals across various industries and organisations.
- Able to manage your own pipeline and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
You should have proven experience in winning net new business with Salesforce customers repeatedly.
