About the Role:
A graduate role is available in London with Trigg Digital Ltd, a certified Salesforce CRM platform specialist. We provide training to develop your career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role provides opportunities including sales, system administration, business analysis, consulting, and development. You will work closely with project teams to design and configure Salesforce solutions, maintain the ticket system, and track projects throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet customer requirements
- Maintain the ticket system up to date and track projects through their lifecycle
- Contribute to customer briefs and prepare presentations, sales literature, and social content
- Develop client and partner relationships and retain existing accounts
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong interest and background in IT. Hands-on experience working on increasingly challenging projects, shadowing, and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals are essential. A pathway to globally recognised Salesforce qualifications is also offered.
