About the Role

As Academy Business Partner, you will provide critical support to the Executive Headteacher and Head of School, enabling them to focus on teaching and learning. Your key responsibilities will include leadership and strategy, administration, finance, HR, facilities management, health and safety, and data protection.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust on its aspirational journey to achieve educational excellence for all. You will be part of a wider team dedicated to developing our Academies further.

In this role, you will report to the Executive Headteacher and be accountable to Heads of Department within the Trust Central Team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive continuous improvement in the Academy.

Key Qualities and Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Your experience of working in a busy office environment and in school administration will be beneficial.
