Sales Growth Executive Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Sales Growth Executive to join our team at Tempeo Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development and be able to demonstrate direct ways they've worked in previous roles to make a tangible difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current and past financial performance, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase future revenue.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Use LinkedIn effectively to increase leads and opportunities for the business.
  • Perform product demos.
  • Follow up on client leads.
  • Promote a culture of growth through sales across the business.
  • Write reports and analyse relevant business data.
  • Establish new partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Explore market trends and competitors.
  • Create Sales proposals for our existing and new clients.
  • Take an active role in planning and influencing product development.
  • Attend Client meetings & Trade Shows.
  • Ddeliver and support Sales Pitches.
  • Manage & Maintain Sales Funnels and Tracking in Hubspot.
  • Prepare the company growth budgets and track to hit revenue targets.
  • Provide vision, training, and mentoring to members of the internal team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in marketing, business, accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a business development role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High Level of Emotional Intelligence.
  • Able to demonstrate vision & leadership skills.
  • Top-notch analytical skills — you must have an eye for detail.
  • Able to travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as needed.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
