Reinsurance Policy Administrator

At Chubb, we're looking for a skilled Reinsurance Policy Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the Reinsurance Technical Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate initial registration of all reinsurance policies purchased for Chubb's EMEA wholesale underwriting businesses operating in the Lloyd's and London company underwriting markets.
This role requires strong knowledge and experience of reinsurance contract management, ideally from a London market wholesale business (underwriter or broker). Specialist knowledge of excess of loss reinsurance is an advantage. You will work closely with colleagues in the Reinsurance Technical Services Team, engaging regularly with underwriters, claims handlers, the RI placement team, actuaries, Financial Planning & Analysis and financial reporting teams, Global Treaty and internal and external auditors.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. If you have a degree-level education or equivalent experience, studying or completed Insurance qualification (CII) and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines and demonstrate self-motivation and teamwork. You will need to be well-organised, with attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
