Payroll and Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for administering payroll using BrightPay, maintaining employee records, and supporting various financial functions such as accounts administration and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer payroll processing using BrightPay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant processes
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Support financial functions such as accounts administration and reconciliation
- Manage accounts administration tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
- Generate financial and payroll reports as needed to support management decision-making
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding financial policies, payroll, and benefits
- Previous experience in an accounting or financial administrative role, with a focus on payroll processing (preferably)
- Knowledge of financial admin best practices and payroll regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and accounting/payroll software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
