We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Controller and Accounts Assistant to manage end-to-end payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process the company's payroll monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments.
  • Manage all payroll data inputs including new hires, terminations, and updates to employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations, including tax, social security, and employment laws.
  • Handle annual filings such as P60s and P11Ds and manage pension contributions and deductions.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and prompt responses.
  • Reconcile accommodation booking payments with bank statements and accurately record them in the accounting system.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
