Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team at Venrec, based near Maidstone in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our financial operations, including bookkeeping, credit control, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with daily financial transactions, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing routine reports.
  • Supporting the management of credit control processes and debt recovery.
  • Processing payroll and employee benefits in accordance with company policies.
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
