Administrative Support Officer

This is a rewarding HR role at Allen Lane, offering opportunities to lead HR administration duties and work collaboratively with the Payroll and Finance teams.
Key Duties- Oversee recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and employee records for the HR team.
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Finance teams to address pay, pension, and benefits changes.
- Capture key outcomes from exit interviews and escalate concerns to the HR team.
- Ensure accuracy of HR data in HRIS for reporting purposes.
- Qualified or part-qualified HR professional with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Confident in handling administrative HR queries and communicating effectively with employees at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and confidence in using HRIS.
