Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our exceptional aftersales team at a prestigious automotive dealership in Bromley. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicle servicing experience is smooth from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, guiding them through the service process with clear communication and updates.
  • Service Coordination: Liaise with technicians, allocate jobs efficiently, and maintain service standards to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all service and repair documentation is completed accurately and on time, while guaranteeing that vehicles are returned to customers in pristine condition.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about our latest aftersales products and services to offer customers the best advice and support.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts with ease.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is essential.
  • A valid UK driving licence (held for at least one year) and eligibility to work in the UK.
