Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the service experience.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  2. Hold a valid and clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year.
  3. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is mandatory.
  4. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Benefits:

Basic £31,500, OTE £53,000 + per annum.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm, 45 hours per week and Saturday 8.30am (1 in 3, paid as additional hours).
