Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Advisor - Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their mortgage journey is smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on and arrange pure protection / life insurance products, growing and maintaining a client base from The Acorn Group-introduced clients.
  • Develop relationships with colleagues within The Acorn Group and our estate agency partners to maximize lead generation.
  • Work closely with your dedicated administrator to ensure that cases move from the point of application to on risk in a timely fashion, delivering the best customer outcome.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets.
  • Ability to build relationships with the estate agency team and other departments.
  • Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company.
