Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at a leading local Children's Home company rated Outstanding by Ofsted. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people in our care.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and empathetic individual to make a real difference in the lives of our young people. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of the children are met. You will also be expected to display yourself as an appropriate role model, demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience, and encourage positive life experiences for the children.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people in our care
  • Ensure the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of the children are met
  • Display yourself as an appropriate role model
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience
  • Encourage positive life experiences for the children
  • Strong experience building rapport with children and young people
  • Strong experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate in a positive and open manner
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
