Salary: Up to £29,641.04 with sleep in shifts for unqualified candidates, and up to £30,905.68 with sleep in shifts for qualified candidates

Headway Adolescent Resources is a reputable organization in the residential adolescent childcare sector, known for providing holistic care to young people from diverse backgrounds.

We are seeking Residential Childcare Workers to join our Residential homes, where you will work with young people who require support and guidance.

Purpose of Job

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be based in a children's residential home, working with young people who exhibit challenging behavior. You will need to be flexible, resilient, honest, and well-organized, with a commitment to providing high-quality childcare that promotes positive outcomes.

This is a permanent role with excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within an expanding company. You will work on average 38 hours per week, with a 2 days on and 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. You will also be eligible for generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime hours, and a performance-related bonus scheme.
