We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adults Social Worker to join our team at Weston Favell Primary Care Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing safeguarding and quality services to our patients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult health and social care, with experience of working directly in a community development context. They will be able to build trust with individuals, providing non-judgmental support, respecting diversity and lifestyle choices.
Key responsibilities include:

- Providing supervision and guidance to staff members
- Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
