About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our HR operations team, you will provide critical support to our local HR team based in Runcorn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data collation and presentation, initial contact for HR queries, and document management.
  • Manage site inductions, offer support to HR projects, and provide reports as needed.
  • Be responsible for gathering sickness data, providing reporting, and ensuring fit notes and return-to-work documents are completed and stored correctly.
  • Complete HR letters and documentation, attend and take minutes at investigation, grievance, and disciplinary meetings.
  • Manage job descriptions on site and Sharepoint, administer inductions, and manage attendance sheets.
  • Administer changes on Employee Central, establish a good working relationship with AskHR, and manage trackers.
  • Manage meeting and training logistics, assist with project management, and perform other HR-related admin duties as required.
