Specialist Services Administrator

**Job Overview**
The Specialist Services Administrator will administer non-standard service processes, correspond with business customers on complex service matters, and regularly liaise with the market wholesaler.
**Key Duties**
- Resolve complex scenarios with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work with customers to assess their exact requirements
- Facilitate communication between the customer and wholesaler where appropriate
- Remain aware of internal & external process changes and implement required change
- Identify, develop and integrate new specialist service processes
- Work to strict deadlines & SLA’s
- Liaise effectively with other teams and communicate change clearly where required
- Other ad-hoc office and administration tasks, as and when required.
**Key Requirements**
- Outstanding technical ability with close attention to detail to consistently get work right first time
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think logically, easily identifying issues using a common-sense approach
- Organisational skills, with confidence to self-manage own duties
- Ability to multi-task within a busy environment, with a consistent high level of accuracy
- Willingness to collaborate with other teams and take instruction where necessary
- Excellent IT literacy, with a solid knowledge of core software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
**Desirable Skills/Experience**
- Experience in utilities

A successful Specialist Services Administrator will be interested in developing processes and improving efficiency at every opportunity. The person will have a positive attitude and drive to achieve personal, team & Company targets. They will be an excellent communicator, take satisfaction from resolving complex issues and enjoy learning new aspects of the industry.
