Cruise holidays have never been more popular, so we’re expanding our team and recruiting Specialist Administrators to support our after-sales function.

Our Specialist Administration Team is dedicated and passionate about supporting our customers, going the extra mile, and making the customer feel valued at each step of their journey and make us stand out from the crowd.

**Key Tasks**:

- Making changes to a customer’s holiday
- Answering invoice queries
- Adding special requests to bookings

Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm.

**To be considered for this role, you need to have the following: -**
- GCSE/’O’ levels in Maths & English language grade 9-4/A*-C or equivalent
- Customer Service experience - ideally in a contact centre environment
- IT literate
- Travel industry experience - desirable.
- Customer focussed.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and remain calm.
- Passionate about travel
