Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Search. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest possible service standards are delivered in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in leading a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality control in the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy restaurant.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
