About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Haute Dolci restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a flair for team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
  3. Supervise bar operations, including bartending and drink service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  5. Implement effective cost control measures to maximise profitability and drive business growth.
  6. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  7. Create staff schedules and manage payroll, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or culinary industry.
  2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  4. Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed.
  6. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

Working with Haute Dolci

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Haute Dolci, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for the hospitality industry.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year.

  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred).
  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred).

  • Management: 1 year (preferred).

Licence/Certification

  • Driving Licence (preferred).
