About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Haute Dolci restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a flair for team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.
- Supervise bar operations, including bartending and drink service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Implement effective cost control measures to maximise profitability and drive business growth.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or culinary industry.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Haute Dolci, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for the hospitality industry.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year.
