We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Operations Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the highest levels of service and product quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our team to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize profitability, while controlling costs and ensuring that we are operating within budget.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and that we are taking steps to mitigate any potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the catering or retail industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
