About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team at MaxAd Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate clients to drive fundraising revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to identify and secure new corporate partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure continued support and growth.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their fundraising goals and objectives and develop tailored partnerships strategies to meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with our clients' marketing and communications teams to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives to promote partnerships.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to our clients on partnerships performance and progress.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in corporate fundraising or partnerships at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of securing and maintaining high-value partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
