Job Title: Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our team at Arrow McLaren IndyCar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with commercial partners, ensuring seamless delivery of activation campaigns, experiential, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated partnership marketing strategies and deliver best-in-class results.
  • Develop and maintain detailed partner wrap reports, case studies, and annual partnership reviews to identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Arrow McLaren IndyCar remains competitive and innovative in its partnership marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with commercial partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue through partnership marketing initiatives.
