Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Development Manager to join our team at McLaren Racing. As a key member of our Commercial Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key partners and stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and retention
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies
  • Activation and Delivery
    • Lead the operational delivery of partnership activation plans to ensure partner objectives are met
    • Develop and implement activation campaigns, experiential events, and digital initiatives to drive engagement and revenue
    • Manage and track partnership performance metrics and KPIs
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain detailed partnership reports and case studies to identify key learnings and areas for improvement
    • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial partner's business strategies, products, and target growth markets
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and internal teams
    • Communicate effectively with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless partnership execution

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development, marketing, or sales
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships
  • Skills
    • Strong planning and organization skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
    • Proactive mindset, with ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to track and analyze partnership performance metrics
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
