About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Partnership Development to join our team at WWF-UK. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a partnership development strategy that aligns with our mission to protect the natural world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of partnership development professionals to secure and develop high-value corporate partnerships
  • Develop and implement a partnership development strategy that aligns with our mission and goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate partners
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure comprehensive due diligence and risk analysis is conducted
  • Represent WWF-UK interests and leverage opportunities for global partnerships
Requirements
  • Graduate calibre with experience of developing long-term partnerships at a senior level in the commercial or charity sector
  • Proven track record of securing high-value partnerships in the multi-millions
  • Proficient in proposal development, budgeting, and contracting
  • Exceptional networker at CEO and Director level with a strong network of corporate contacts in the sustainability and/or C-suite level
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
