Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic team of partnership specialists, strategists, and fundraisers to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Develop innovative and groundbreaking partnerships with corporations and organizations to address critical environmental challenges.
  • Implement a comprehensive partnership development strategy tailored to specific target companies, maximizing impact and alignment with WWF-UK's objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements and conduct thorough due diligence to ensure successful collaborations.
  • Represent WWF-UK's interests at a national and international level, leveraging global partnership opportunities to advance our conservation mission.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing long-term partnerships at a senior level within the corporate sector or non-profit organizations.
  • A proven track record of securing high-value partnerships, demonstrating strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in proposal development, budgeting, contract management, and financial analysis.
  • A robust network of contacts at the CEO and Director level within corporations and organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive consensus.
  • Experience in corporate fundraising for an international NGO is highly desirable.
  • Background in finance, FMCG, food, or technology sectors would be advantageous.
