Job Title: Commercial Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary:

Motorsport-Total GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners, understanding their business strategies, products, target growth markets, competitors, and KPIs/metrics.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Partnerships in creating an integrated partnership marketing strategy for partners and work collaboratively in cross-departmental project groups as required.
  • Be proactive in building new opportunities and initiatives to strengthen the value of partnerships.
  • Set best practices for project and fiscal management along with strong client and internal communication.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing and delivering partnership marketing activities, sponsorship, brand/product marketing, sales, and communications campaigns.
  • Strong planning and organization skills capable of dealing with several concurrent workstreams, identifying problems before they happen.
  • Experience reporting proactively, with rigor, transparency, and openness to immediate managers and business as needed.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Collaborative – engages in partnerships, networks, and alliances to support long-term success and decision making to support the best interests of the business.
