Drive Digital Health Solutions in Healthcare

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the connected care channel, launching new digital health solutions, and driving business growth within the NHS (and expanding into new markets).

Your Impact:
  • Spearhead the development of new business opportunities by introducing cutting-edge digital software solutions to hospitals and healthcare systems. This includes mobile communication, medical device integration, waveform visualization, alarm & alert management, and more.
  • Achieve ambitious financial targets and objectives, ensuring the success of our digital health solutions within your designated geographical area.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels – clinicians, IT professionals, and C-Suite executives – to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and drive business growth.
Your Expertise:
  • Proven track record as a top performer in software direct sales at a hospital or system level. Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in solutions selling, with a demonstrated history of new account development and success in introducing early-to-market digital and software solutions.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue for a complex portfolio, including managing the integration of new additions.
  • Strong technical understanding of the Healthcare IT environment and working knowledge of clinical and medical processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, coupled with a track record of effective sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Exceptional work ethic, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with all levels of customers and staff both internally and externally.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
