Senior Wedding Planner Position

COREcruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for selling catering services and planning events from initial enquiry to event execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming event enquiries and generate leads for catering services
  • Create customized proposals and quotes for clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the planning process
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Oversee events to ensure everything runs smoothly and to client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event sales and planning from a venue or hotel background
  • Event catering or wedding experience is highly desirable
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
