Pursuing a career in commercial insurance? We're seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our innovative insurance broker in East Sussex.
This exciting opportunity has arisen from significant growth, allowing us to create a new role that offers a perfect blend of challenges and rewards.
Our client prides themselves on delivering bespoke solutions to high-profile clients using their cutting-edge approach to broking. They cover a wide range of insurance areas including Property Owners, Liability, Fleet, Professional Indemnity and HNW.
With an impressive £2m in GWP since launch, they've recently expanded into a new office and are now looking for someone to drive further success.
Responsibilities:- Building strong relationships with key clients and collaborating with the MD to secure new business opportunities
- Overseeing existing client accounts through effective handovers, engagement and relationship management
- Dedicated to achieving high levels of retention, new business and cross-selling
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism when interacting with clients and insurers
- Supervising and delegating tasks to an Account Handler
- Networking and attending industry events
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven individual
- Full UK driving license
- A highly competitive salary and benefits package

Salary: Approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
