Pursuing a career in commercial insurance? We're seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our innovative insurance broker in East Sussex.

This exciting opportunity has arisen from significant growth, allowing us to create a new role that offers a perfect blend of challenges and rewards.

Our client prides themselves on delivering bespoke solutions to high-profile clients using their cutting-edge approach to broking. They cover a wide range of insurance areas including Property Owners, Liability, Fleet, Professional Indemnity and HNW.

With an impressive £2m in GWP since launch, they've recently expanded into a new office and are now looking for someone to drive further success.

Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and collaborating with the MD to secure new business opportunities
  • Overseeing existing client accounts through effective handovers, engagement and relationship management
  • Dedicated to achieving high levels of retention, new business and cross-selling
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism when interacting with clients and insurers
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to an Account Handler
  • Networking and attending industry events
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Full UK driving license

Salary: Approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
