Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Financial Data Relationship Manager to join our team at Chambers London & Partnership. As an integral part of our ongoing expansion, this role will play a crucial part in managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting the growth of our business.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries. You will take a lead in building and expanding client portfolios through effective prospecting, lead generation, and cross-selling opportunities.

You will conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and features of our financial market data products and services. Collaboration with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, is essential to gather client feedback and communicate market trends to improve our offerings.

As a key member of our team, you will prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports, including sales forecasts, account updates, and performance metrics, to monitor client engagement and identify growth opportunities. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence is critical to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance their experience.

You will also take a lead in contract negotiations, renewal processes, and pricing discussions to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and our company. Continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients will maximize revenue potential.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Experience of working with another technology vendor.
  • 2/3 years of experience in a similar sector.
  • Experience of enterprise licensing is a nice to have.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Strong passion for the financial markets and a desire to further develop a career within that industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of financial market data products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
