We're a collaborative and dynamic team at PitchBook Data, and we're looking for a Financial Data Operations Specialist to join us. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to become proficient in our proprietary Research Tool Suite and Primary outreach tools. You'll be responsible for creating outreach strategies and email templates, conducting email and phone call campaigns, and processing client requests. Your main objective will be to ensure PitchBook has the most accurate, comprehensive, and timely data available.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging our in-house database, business intelligence reports, and technology-based tools to audit and add proprietary data to the PitchBook Platform efficiently
  • Managing and driving effective email and call campaigns to gather and verify private market data
  • Providing quality customer service, responding to requests from internal and external customers daily
  • Collaborating with other members of the Primary team and the broader Data Operations department to develop and improve processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Gathering team feedback and using PowerBI reports to identify root causes of systemic data problems and drive operational improvements

You'll work closely with our Data Operations team in Mumbai to ensure accurate and comprehensive data entry into the PitchBook platform. Effective communication and collaboration are essential in this role, as you'll need to provide updates on project progress, address roadblocks, and celebrate wins with your team.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive:

We believe our business and culture are strongest when we work together in person. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an ongoing basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
