Bristol, Bristol, United Kingdom Care UK Full time
Job Description:
As a Care Night Team Leader with Care UK, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care plans and ensuring the well-being of our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Care UK values are at the heart of everything we do, and as a leader in our care teams, you will embody these principles of Caring, Passionate, and Teamwork. Your strong leadership and supervisory experience will be essential in guiding your team to provide outstanding care services. You will have a proven track record of case managing residents, administering medication, and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a natural flair for leadership, this could be the ideal role for you.

We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your expertise and dedication. As a Care Night Team Leader, you can expect to earn around £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on your location and level of experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also benefit from generous bank holiday pay enhancements, access to career development and training opportunities, and a range of wellbeing support initiatives. Whether you're looking to develop your leadership skills or simply make a positive impact on people's lives, this role offers a rewarding and challenging environment in which to grow and thrive.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent organisational and IT skills, with a strong focus on care planning processes. A NVQ Level 3 in health and social care would be desirable but not essential. What matters most is your ability to train others on administering medication and provide guidance and support to your team members.
