About the Role:
- We are looking for a Development Team Leader who has a proven track record of leading and supervising care teams, administering medication, and working with families and healthcare professionals.
- The successful candidate will have strong organisational and IT skills, as well as good understanding of care planning processes.
- They will also have the ability to train on administering medication and work closely with our leadership team.

Requirements:
