We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Stocktaking Team Supervisor to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of stock counters and ensuring that stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.

**Salary:** £33,480 per annum (approximately)

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience of managing teams and improving productivity.
  • You will also have strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • In addition, you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A full driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to client sites.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts.
