Job Title: Team Lead for Community Care

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Community Care team in Bristol. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year recent management/supervisor experience and a full valid UK driving licence with less than 3 penalty points.

About the Role:

  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational delivery, focusing on performance delivery, quality and governance requirements, and meeting objectives and performance targets.
  • Lead a team of Community Care Drivers in Bristol, Swindon and North Somerset.
  • Manage budgets and develop staff.
