The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment skills, be articulate and able to effectively communicate ideas, and hold a valid UK driving licence. A background in quality assurance management would be advantageous.

Your key duties will include conducting domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments, maintaining a quality assurance management system, and participating in an on-call roster to cover unplanned absences. Additionally, you'll support the development and training of care assistants.
