About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will work under the direction of the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager to implement systems that ensure our domiciliary care service meets and exceeds legislative standards. This will involve working closely with the care team to deliver high-quality care to our clients.

You will be responsible for undertaking domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments on new clients/service users prior to the provision of a domiciliary care service. Additionally, you will maintain an effective system for quality assurance management, which will involve monitoring standards and indicators on a continuous basis.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will also meet with domiciliary care workers formally on a one-to-one basis for direct supervision at least quarterly. You will be responsible for keeping written records of these meetings and assisting the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager with the delivery of a care assistants' development and training programme.

We require experience of supervising others within a Health Care setting, as well as the ability to articulate ideas succinctly and clearly. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are desirable, but not necessary.
