About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care. As a Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in leading the care home and delivering exceptional levels of care to our residents.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing teams, ensuring high standards of care, and developing staff through training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in leading the care home, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.
Requirements
  • RGN/RMN qualification with current registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, ensuring high standards of care, and developing staff through training and development programs.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a larger team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and legislation, including safeguarding vulnerable adults and mental capacity act.
