**Job Title: Domiciliary Care Services Coordinator**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Domiciliary Care Services Coordinator in Bristol. As a key member of our domiciliary care services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned care professional with solid supervisory experience to coordinate our domiciliary care services in Bristol. You will work closely with the Field Care Manager and Branch Manager to implement systems that meet legislative standards and company policies.
- To conduct thorough risk assessments and manual handling evaluations on new clients prior to providing domiciliary care services.
- To maintain an effective quality assurance management system, working closely with the Field Care Manager and Branch Manager to monitor service user outcomes and define achievable standards.
- To provide regular supervision to domiciliary care workers, ensuring they receive direct guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- To contribute to the development and training program for care assistants, enabling them to adapt to changing client needs.
- To participate in an on-call roster, providing cover for unplanned absences and ensuring the continuity of our services.
As a Domiciliary Care Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and implementing quality assurance procedures.
- Conducting regular meetings with domiciliary care workers.
- Developing and delivering training programs for care assistants.
- Participating in an on-call roster to ensure service continuity.
**Salary:** £23,100 per annum
